Returns: All toppers start from a basic topper figurine and then are hand re-carved and customized to your specifications. Since we are confirming your military wedding cake topper several times we do not accept returns. We will however; work with you on the topper until you are satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your topper after it is complete you will be refunded  50% of the  total purchase price. This is to cover labor and restocking fees. We will send you an e-mail picture of the completed topper. If we do not hear back from you within three days we will assume you are happy with the topper and will ship it out. If you receive your topper and you are not happy with it  you have two options

1. Ship the topper back and we will make any necessary adjustments to it and ship it back to you.- Shipping is non-refundable.

2. Ship it back for a 50% refund- Shipping is non-refundable.

It take 3-4 weeks to complete your topper.

Rush orders, you will receive your topper in one week or less.
